Love songs, brush lettering, and hearts for this month’s challenge!
The Better Letters in 15 Challenge is a set of FREE brush lettering projects and worksheets based on the idea that 15 minutes of practice per day will help you improve your lettering! It is something that has worked for me and I wanted to create a fun and easy way to do this.
There’s one big challenge per year and I host mini challenges for the all the other months throughout the year. I really enjoy thinking up and creating each one. The challenge for February might be one of my favorites! :) Here’s a little bit more about it–
I am a HUGE music lover and have always wanted to use lettering to share different songs and artists. Then I thought it’d add more visual interest to use the lettering to create hearts and use both negative and positive space!
If you’d like to join in on this and receive the instructions as well as 3 different heart templates, be sure to sign up for the Better Letters In 15 list to get the emails and links to previous challenges by clicking here:
Throughout the month I will be sharing process videos along with the songs I’ve used over on my Instagram, @atiliay.
I really hope you will try out this month’s challenge! When you’re done, be sure to snap a pic and tag me on social media or email it to me–I love to see your work!
